Better tolerability und bester A1C control! Retatruide ist stark beim gewichtsverlust, aber auch stark in den Nebenwirkungen. Ich bezweifel, dass dieses medikament langfristig besser abschneidet als Tirzepatid und vk2735, deswegen muss novo jetzt all in gehen bei vk2735 das ist wohl noch besser verträglich als tiezepatide.

If you really look at $LLy tirzapetide wt loss improvement from surpass 1 to surpass 2 ( 13.3% EE wt loss at 15 mg dose) just by going up on baseline wt from 85 kg to 93 kg .: u can project wt loss if TZP trials had baseline wt of 100 kg similar to retatrutide.
I know my Lilly friends may not like that , but with better A1C control and better tolerability tirzepatide is still the king. That is my opinion.. we need to wait for full pubs anyway to parse through full data
