Der absolute Treppenwitz dabei ist ja, man braucht weder die 340 Mio - Aktien-Inflation, noch einen RS und auch keinen (!) Kredit - man hat bereits 43 Mio Aktien frei zur KE die NICHT der Genehmigung durch die Aktionäre unterliegen. Bedeutet, ohne alle Maßnahmen rennt der Kurs freiwillig über 2 Dollar und mehr... und wenn man dann die 43 Mio für bspw 2 Dollar platziert, könnte man den Rollout gleich doppelt finanzieren. 🤷
