Proposal Three: To ratify the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022; 4. Proposal Four: To approve, by a non-binding advisory vote, the 2021 executive compensation for the Company’s named executive officers; and 5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the Annual Meeting and any adjournment(s) or postponement(s) thereof.

Sehe ich genau so, das alles ist ein Zeichen das du diese Aktie nicht mehr lange ausbremsen kannst, irgendwann wird der Knoten platzen. Ist eine Frage der Zeit

Ja schon traurig! Hier muss mal wieder Phantasie und Musik rein! Und meines Erachtens wird das bald kommen! Die LVs haben diese blöde Stimmung verbreitet, aber fundamental gesehen steht den 120,-€ plus nichts mehr im Wege! Nur meine Meinung!

Ja 10% ist echt lächerlich! Immer mehr mehr mehr /s

Früher ging es 30% nach oben jetzt nur 10% Schritte...

Und vor allem mal ein nachhaltiger Anstieg wäre gut!
