Mal echt. Beschäftigen sich hier einige der INvestierten überhaupt mit dem Unternehmen. Das ist doch ein alter Hut. Palatin hat seit Ewigkeiten eine Option 100 Mio weitere Aktien auf den Markt werfen zu können (FALLS!) benötigt. Das wird hin und weider verlängert und muss als SEC Filling veröffentlicht werden.

Warum bist Du in Panik? Unterricht verschlafen? Bahn verpasst?

Nix Neubewertung. Das ist doch nur eine Option auf neue Aktien. Niemand sagt dass die auch ausgeübt wird.

Ist es nicht eher schlecht wenn 100 Mio. Aktien dazu kommen? Werden unsere dann nicht weniger Wert? Bekommen wir dann automatisch Aktien zum Ausgleich dazu?
