Ellison met with Newsom on more than one occasion. 🌋 Ellison’s efforts all came to fruition on Tuesday when Paramount officially closed the Warner deal and met with employees of the combined company—now renamed Skydance—at a town hall on the Warner Bros. studio lot.

Wenn die ersten Umstrukturierungen umgesetzt wurden, muss man es genau beobachten. Das wird sich insgesamt bis 2030/32 hinziehen. Das kann was großes werden oder ein Flopp für Aktionäre, aber die (positive) Chance ist gewaltig.

Die Zusammenführung beider Plattformen soll Ende 2027 erfolgen. Darauf bin ich jetzt schon gespannt, dann sollten auch schon die ersten Auswirkungen der Umstrukturierung erkennbar sein.
