Volkswagen Group, through its holding and financing company, Volkswagen Finance Luxemburg S.A. (“Volkswagen”), will invest ~C$69 million[1] to acquire 9.9% of Patriot’s issued and outstanding common shares (the “Common Shares”).
Subscription price of C$4.42 per share represents a 65% and 35% premium to the 30-day and 90-day volume weighted average price.

Wenn du mehr Sicherheit haben willst musst eben in große Player investieren ;).
Investierst in eine hoch spekulative Aktie und dann beschweren wenn der Kurs fällt.
Die Story stimmt hier weiter aber wer bei 12€ gekauft hat ist selber schuld da war das Unternehmen überbewertet jetzt bist ungefähr beim fairen Preis ;)

Patriot ist ein Explorer ohne Produktion. Bei denen hast nen Hype wenn gute Bohrwerte gemeldet werde, vor allem in so Hypephasen wie 20-23. Dann wird es ruhig und der Kurs bricht ein, manchmal fast bis ganz runter weil die ganzen weiteren Schritte Geld kosten und nichts verdient wird. Erst wenn die Produktion anläuft oder das Projekt verkauftes gehts wieder aufwärts
