warum passiert hier heute nichts. Fehler im System?

vielleicht haben wir glück und die PP treibt den kurs um 20% nach unten wie bei ximen. ach die aktien wurden ausgesetzt, also könnt ihr eh nur zusehen erst mal ;)

(collectively the "Underwriters") pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase on a "bought deal" private placement basis 86,207,000 special warrants (the "Special Warrants") and 14,706,000 common shares to be issued on a flow-through basis in respect of Canadian Exploration Expenses (the "Flow-Through Shares"), (collectively the "Financings") at a price of $0.29 per Special Warrant and $0.34 per Flow-Through Share for gross proceeds of $30.0 million. In addition, the Company intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of Special Warrants (the "Non-Brokered Private Placement") of up to 18,813,800 Special Warrants at a price of $0.29 per Special Warrant for gross proceeds of $5.5 million. Blackbird currently has over $9.0 million of positive working capital on its balance sheet and post-closing of the Financings and Non-Brokered Private Placement, Blackbird expects to have approximately $42.8 million of cash and net working capital. Blackbird intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering along with its current net working capital balance to fund ongoing exploration and development of its core Montney lands at Wapiti, potential strategic acquisitions and for general and corporate purposes. In addition to the Financings, Blackbird is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Kevin Andrus as an independent member to its Board of Directors. bekam bei SD heute nen Tipp für die Vz bevor die so gestiegen ist aber nach dem Ask Bid verhältnis wäre mein Geld das ich investiere nur die Hälfte wert da hab ich lieber nicht investiert

Ich rate jeden ab auf so einen hohen kurs einzusteigen. Achja und Bull investors Meinung ist fürn Arsch das ist eines der unseriösensten Börsenbriefe die es gibt. Manche werden sich noch dran erinnern das so manche Bank angerufen hat um einen Vor BBI zu warnen da diese Aktie gepusht wurde und es Fehlinformationen gab. 3 mal dürft ihr raten wer damals diese Fehlentscheidung rausgebracht hat und dafür gesorgt hat das viele Aktionäre das Vertrauen in BBI verloren haben.

auf jeden Fall sind in can nach 15min schon 206k Aktien gehandelt worden

Gerücht: Ein Fonds aus Toronto hat 5 Mio. Aktien leer verkauft und diese mit der Teilnahme an einer "Bought Deal" Finanzierung (keine Sperrfrist) zu decken. Der Fonds weiß es aber noch nicht, dass er gar nicht dabei ist. Es bleibt ihm also nichts anderes übrig nach der Erkenntnis, dass man nicht zum Zug kommt, diese Aktie wieder im Markt zu kaufen. Angeblich soll es heute nach Börsenschluß in Kanada so weit sein. Trifft das Gerücht ins Schwarze werden wir einen unheimlich dynamioschern Kursverlauf nach oben sehen. Ist von Bullvestor ob da was dran ist keine ahnung.
