@EpsteinResearch I met with the CFO of $POR at PDAC at their booth, it was quite crowded actually.... People get it, this is a simple story, yet the stock price is stuck. $POR needs to promote, which the CFO told me they would do after a few more pieces fall into place. I think starting in April the promotion begins. $POR is poised for a big move if the #lithium sector recovers. It's trading at an Enterprise Value (EV)/ha ratio of C$210 vs. the C$740/ha average of 8 peer Argentina #lithium brine plays (all pre-PEA), but some considerably more advanced than $POR. I've spouted off this EV/ha metric many times before, let me double down by saying that the EVs don't include additional shares and/or cash that remains to be paid on the properties each junior controls. For many companies, the amount is significant. However, for $POR, they owe comparatively little, mostly spread out over 4 years. And, they have no NSRs or work commitments.
