(TSX VENTURE:SLC) ("Slyce" or the "Corporation") announces the resignation of Alistair Maxwell from its board of directors ("Board"). Mr. Maxwell has served as a director of Slyce since June 2014. The Board is grateful for Mr. Maxwell's valuable guidance, service and contribution to the Corporation and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors. Mr. Maxwell is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Securities Limited, an independent full service Canadian investment bank ("Beacon Securities"). Aber es könnte thoretisch irgendwann jemand die idee aufkaufen und von neu starten...? Sind dann unsere Aktien wieder im spiel? Ich denke nicht das es soweit kommen, will mich nur schlau machen

@Derrer bei einer Insolvenz will Deine Aktien keiner mehr haben. Dann bleiben sie bei dir. Du kannst sie dann aus deinen Depot nehmen lassen von deinem broker wenn du es für richtig hältst. Hoffe nicht dass es soweit kommt.

Überlegt mal würde es keine Rettung geben wären der Abverkauf der Aktien viel höher!

Der kursverlauf jetzt ist zumindest keine böse überraschung. Geht ja schon ewigkeiten so. Manchen leuten kann man nicht helfen :-l
