1. Ted Mann hat das sinkende Schiff bereits verlassen. 2. Wenn es ein ansatzweise sinnvolles Gecshäftsmodell gäbe, warum brauchgt mann dann viele Wochen, um es bekannt zu geben? Ich scheine ein Wunderheiler zu sein: Kaum schreibe ich etwas, erwacht das Forum wieder zum (untoten) Leben :-))

Es gibt weder Zahlen noch Daten noch Fakten. Und die Bude umzutaufen macht die Lage auch nicht besser. Und das was Ted Mann schreibt wurde bis heute nicht belegt. Das is Augenwischerei

Danke Ray. Der Wechsel an die andere Handelsplatform (NEX) wird demnach am 23.Feb (also bei uns heute Abend) stattfinden. Nur gehandelt werden kann erst wenn "the review of the corporate structure is complete". Mal schauen wann das sein wird. Bis es soweit ist, sind alle hier angezeigten Kurse irrelevant.

Ms. Erika Racicot reports POUNCE MOVES TO THE NEX The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the previously announced asset purchase agreement between Pounce Technologies Inc. and an affiliate of Anzu Partners LLC. Readers are referred to the company's announcement on Nov. 29, 2016, filed on SEDAR, for an overview of the consideration received and the benefits related to the transaction. The company is currently undergoing a review and notes that the shares of the company will remain halted pending a review of its corporate structure pursuant to the listing policies of the exchange. However, as previously announced, the company received TSX-V approval to be transferred from the TSX-V to the NEX board of the TSX-V, effective at the open of markets on Feb. 23, 2017. Trading of the company's shares on the NEX will resume once the review of the corporate structure is complete. This will facilitate the beginning of a new direction for the company. The new symbol for the company after its move to the NEX will be POI.H. There is no change in the company's name or Cusip number. Schlimmer geht nicht mehr. Nicht mal als Verlust mit 0 Cent kann man die Aktien abstoßen. Ich muss nun für Gewinne von andere Positionen Steuer zahlen. Kann es passieren dass dieser Zustand von der Aktie für immer so bleibt?

Also abstoßen würde mir schon reichen. Man bekommt das scheiß Ding ja nicht mal verkauft
