Ist momentan schwierig, weil zum einen die Abozahl bei Bestandskunden steigen muss und neue Kunden dazu gewonnen werden müssen. Man merkt ja auch, dass es wenig Meldungen von neuen Großkunden gibt. Das war letztes Jahr irgendwie öfters der Fall. Dein Eindruck, dass aktuell mehr gespart wird, ist daher richtig. Jede Ausgabe wird einfach mehrfach überlegt ob sie aktuell notwendig ist.
Mach dir nicht zu große Hoffnung.Denke es wird nochmals runtergehen. Solange wir nicht in sicheren Gewässern sind/Umsatz mäßig. Wir das ein harter Ritt. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nochmals an unsere Schmerzgrenze gebracht.ich habe mich schon auf 2023 mit wirklich guten News eingestellt.Durch Krieg und Inflation wird 2022 keiner mehr viel Geld für CRM in die Hand nehmen (meine persönliche Meinung merke wie bei uns im Unternehmen gespart wird) jedoch wird man diese Preise wie jetzt später nicht mehr sehen.
