Hier steht doch klar, dass die über 8mio neue Aktien autorisieren wollen

AUTHORISATION TO THE BOARD TO INCREASE THE SHARE CAPITAL IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPANY'S SHARE OPTION PROGRAM As of the date of this notice, the Board has one authorisation to increase the share capital in connection with the Company's share option program, granted by the Company's general meeting on 3 July 2020. The aggregated outstanding amount by which the share capital may be increased under said authorisations are NOK 81,600.01, by the issuance of up to 8,160,010 shares. The Board proposes that the General Meeting grants the Board a new authorisation to increase the Company's share capital in connection with the Company's share option program, which shall replace the aforementioned authorisation. The Board's proposal involves that the share capital may be increased by up to NOK 75,000, equivalent to 5.41% of the share capital. With respect to matters that should be taken into account when investing in the Company's shares, reference is made to the Company's annual accounts for 2020 and to stock exchange notices made by the Company via www.newsweb.no and on the Company's website. The proposal involves that the shareholders' preferential rights to subscribe for shares pursuant to section 10-4 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act (the "NPLCA") may be set aside, cf. section 10-5. The Board however considers it to be in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders that the Board is given the necessary flexibility to increase the share capital for the purpose set out above.

Da gehts sicher nur um Boni Vergütung in Aktien Optionen

Ne nur im geringen Maße für mitarbeiter boni

Und nein zur Kapitalerhöhung! Das hatte Bohn aber auch mitgeteilt

Das kann nicht sein

Ist halt eine Vergütungsart fürs Management und normal Mitarbeiter, die Boni inaktiven zu bezahlen. Ist für die Firma natürlich günstiger

Da steht drin das die eigene Aktien zurückkaufen möchten ??

Aktienrückkaufprogramm und Kapitalerhöhung? Das passt nicht so ganz.
