My thoughts… die Aktie kann mich bald!

Hey fellow QYOU investors, I've notice there are outstanding warrants. Regarding an other investment of mine (QNC.V), the CEO said that stocks have a tendency to move towards the strike of warrants when approaching expiry date as investors sell shares to use proceeds to exercise warrants and sell shares (from warrant conversion) on the open market to take profits. That's exactly what happened with QNC stock (strike at 0.15$ and stock was at 0.165 the last trading day before expiry). Since there where 2.25M warrants outstanding as of September 30th 2021 with expiry on February 11th and strike at 0.08$, could we see the same thing happen with QYOU? What are your thoughts?

Curt auf **** : Hi all..of course we are all disappointed the market as not appreciated our progress but it will come with time. Many have asked me for another investor update. We are working VERY hard to get a number of big things done/locked down before the slowdown pre holiday/end of year. We will 100% do an investor update call before the Xmas break but working on picking a date as I want to be able to speak about as much as possible. Most likely date is December 16th but we will confirm that in the next week or so. Guidance for FY 2022 is still not there yet due to many moving parts. Re: the question that just came on “investing activity” that is VERY Specific to actual spend on “investments” not related to the business of investing in content, marketing, people, etc. In terms of “cash burned” last quarter it was around **** for the quarter which is not alot given all that we are doing around launching new products (channel) and other not yet announced products. As always appreciate the support…the work goes on every day!
