Bei 2,1€ Preisalarm gehabt und bei 2,0€ SL gesetzt. Das is leider zu schnell runter 🙈
Hab bei 1,95€ aber gleich wieder eingekauft und werd zumindest heute noch machen

Das spielt keine Rolle da das F-3 Filling schon lange eingereicht wurde. Die brauchen dafür keine Bestätigung von irgend jemanden sondern können wenn sie wollen eine KE ausführen.
A S-3 filing which allows a company to sell up to a pre-approved dollar amount of equity any time over the next three years. Once the S-3 receives EFFECT status from the SEC, the company can offer whenever they want within the next three years.
Effected ist es schon.
