Jetzt habe ich verstanden, danke. Chairman of the Board of Directors ist natürlich etwas anderes als CEO, da war wohl ein wenig der Wunsch der Vater des Gedankens.

Laut Marktscreener wird der Umsatz dieses Jahr nur noch auf 9 mio geschätzt. Hat Movantik so viel vom Umsatz ausgemacht? Kann ich mir fast nicht vorstellen.

Wenn man sich das durchliest, liest man etliche Passagen in denen drinsteht, dass das Management sich nicht in der Lage sieht die Geschäfte aufrecht zu erhalten...

dir ist klar, das sind die Zahlen zum 31.12.2022. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nun weg. Wenn es aber nun nicht besser wird dauert es aber wohl nicht mehr lange.

von den Zahlen her Konkurs, wenn man dem CEO trauen könnte : er sagt sehr oft "late stage" bei Opaganib. Wenn da was käme gäbe es keine Grenze nach oben. Nur was für Zocker die es sich leisten können.
