Announcement vom 01.02 Drilling to Commence on Shallow Gold Targets at Soyuz Prospect Highlights • A reverse circulation drill program of up to 2,000m will commence this week on shallow primary gold targets at Renascor’s Soyuz prospect in South Australia’s Central Gawler Craton. • Previous drilling at Soyuz (see Figure 1 and Renascor ASX announcement dated 4 August 2020) has intersected shallow gold, with results including: o 7m @ 5.14g/t Au from 26m to end of hole, including 2m @ 16.42 g/t Au from 30m; 1 and o 6m @ 4.94g/t Au from 14m. 2 • The drill program will include testing for high-grade extensions at shallow depth and along-strike from the previous high-grade intersections at Soyuz. • Drilling will also target potential sulphide-bearing mineralisation approximately 500m along strike of previous Soyuz drilling, where a recent induced polarisation (IP) survey and soil sampling program have identified coincident chargeability and geochemical anomalies at the southern boundary of the north-south orientated Soyuz magnetic high. • Renascor has received all necessary approvals and a drill rig has been mobilised to site. The drill program is expected to be completed within approximately two weeks.

Das nächste Announcement ist da ;) Renascor Enters into Further Offtake MOU with Leading Battery Anode Manufacturer Non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to supply Purified Spherical Graphite Highlights • Renascor enters into non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with one of China’s leading battery anode companies, Jiangxi Zhengtuo New Energy Technology Co. Ltd. (Zeto). • The MOU follows the recent achievement of First Stage Product Qualification with our first offtake partner Minguang New Material1 . • The MOU with Zeto covers the purchase of up to 10,000tpa of Purified Spherical Graphite (PSG) over a 10-year term, which represents approximately one-third of the projected initial PSG production capacity of Renascor’s planned Battery Anode Material operation in South Australia. • Zeto is a top ten anode producer globally, with current anode production capacity of 30,000tpa2 and an additional 20,000tpa under construction and planned to be in operation by 20223 . Zeto is major supplier of natural flake graphite anodes and is active in developing anode technologies, including silicon-carbon anode material4 . • Zeto supplies anodes to some of the world’s largest battery makers, such as Hong Kong listed BYD Co. Ltd, the world’s second largest manufacturer and retailer of electric vehicles5 , with a current market capitalisation of around US$100 billion6 . • China continues to be the dominant market for PSG. Chinese anode production capacity represents around 85% of global capacity and over 90% of capacity currently under construction 7 . • Under the terms of the MOU, Zeto and Renascor have agreed to work together to undertake additional product validation tests prior to concluding a formal binding agreement. • Renascor is concurrently discussing additional potential PSG offtake agreements and undertaking PSG validation with other anode and battery companies, with a view to securing binding commitments for its planned 28,000tpa PSG operation.

Ich bin Long, und habe die Zeit. Die nächsten Jahre werden hochspannend im ganzen Sektor👍

Die MK liegt aktuell bei ~50mioAUD$ ...im Vergleich immer noch sehr niedrig. 100-150mio halte ich für realistisch. Wenn man nen langen Atem hat und es bis zur Produktion aushält kann man sicherlich auch von steigenden Rohstoffpreisen profitieren da die Nachfrage das Angebot deutlich übersteigen wird.

Ich hoff mal das ist erst der Anfang. Sobald weitere Abnehmer für Graphit gefunden sollte der Run erneut einsetzen.
