Aus Hotcopper As there is too much speculation and down ramping re RNU eligibility to get funds under the Road Map (based on RNU relationship with the two Chinese companies) I have asked the question from Mr David Christensen RNU MD. I am sharing the two emails I sent to DC and his two responses. His responses give me a lot of confidence and re assured the quality of management! Hope we can put this discussion to rest! I am sharing with his consent: ============================================== My first email (second one below DC first response): Dear David, First let me congratulate for an amazing progress made by RNU under your leadership. My wife and I hold more than xxxx shares and options. We are very excited by the prospects of RNU, especially given the developments in the EV battery space. We know that you have announced to the market that RNU will be applying for a financial grant under the Critical Minerals Road Map. One thing that bothers us and also raised by many other retail investors is the potential impact from our two non binding offtakes with the two Chinese companies. Personally I have nothing against China. However, given the geo political tensions between China and USA and also between China and Aus, having these non binding offtakes with two Chinese companies going to disqualify RNU from receiving any Aus government grants/funding? Appreciate your response. Thank you ============================================= First Response from DC: Thanks for your email. I am aware of no reason why offtakes with Chinese companies would exclude Renascor from the modern manufacturing initiative that was announced last week. We have been in discussions with the government and have also been through the detailed rules. Here is a link to the grant rules:https://business.gov.au/-/media/grants-and-programs/mmi-tran… You may be referring to some Australian Government regulations that apply to investment in Australian companies by overseas entities. Generally, approval through the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (https://firb.gov.au) is required for equity investments over a certain threshold. In our case, there are no significant investments by any overseas investors, and thus these rules don’t apply. With respect to offtake, you might already know that for purified spherical graphite (our primary product), the Chinese currently control nearly 85% of the market (anodes) and represent over 90% of anode construction (Japan represent about 10% and South Korea 5% of current anode production). It would be very difficult for us not to sell to the Chinese (much like lithium, iron ore, coal, etc). I hope this helps. Another thing to keep in mind is our principle support from the Clean Energy Finance Corporation. You may have seen our recent announcement on this (which came after we announced our current offtake agreements). The CEFC has provided support to other critical minerals companies, most notably Pilbara Minerals. In fact, the CEFC contributed $20m to the initial debt financing (all of which was underpinned by Chinese offtake). I also understand that CEFC has participated in at least one re-financing with Pilbara – I think Pilbara sells all of its spodumene to Chinese companies. Currently, we are getting in-bound enquires from both Chinese anode companies, as well companies outside of China (in respect to anode companies, this means Japan and South Korea). Our overall customer mix could well include non-Chinese companies, but it is hard to imagine not selling to China. I hope this helps. Es ging mir eher um den anzeige Fehler. Hätte in dem Moment mal kaufen sollen und prüfen ob es wirklich j 0,38 war 😎

@Cashrobot Ich denke es ist gar nicht so schlecht eine Weile auf 7c$ zu bleiben bis es weiter geht. Wir liegen deutlich über dem Wert von Mitte Feb (4c$) Es gibt einige Trader die an den regelmäßigen Anstiegen von RNU interessiert sind und nur kurzfristig planen. Diese Anteile müssen erstmal wieder in die Hände von Anlegern die langfristig denken. Solange im Hintergrund alles passt ist es für mich nach wie vor ein Warten auf das richtige Announcement--> bindende Abnahmeverträge! Am besten außerhalb Chinas.

Hä. Bei mir war es eben 0,555 dann 0,38 und jetzt wieder 0,555 innerhalb von zwei Minuten. War das ein Fehler ?

Ich bin persönlich sehr auf die Kurs Reaktion nach Präsentation der Soyuz Bohrungen gespannt. Wenn dort brauchbare Werte gefunden werden sollte die Rakete zünden. Auf der anderen Seite kann ich Null einschätzen was passiert wenn die Goldwerte zu gering sind. Dann wird es sicherlich einen kleinen Rücksetzer geben.
