I have spoken about RNU with a number of my fundie mates and they all took the time to look into the opportunity and they all loved this thematic exposure to the EV revolution. The hurdle they all faced is that their investment mandate is limited by the rules written into their trustee guidelines. And what you will find is most insto's can not purchase in a company that has not got signed offtake agreements in place. MOU's are not bankable.So here is my prediction, the moment DC informs the market that the offtakes are firm, RNU will see a massive re-rate as the share price plays catch up in a major way. I also believe that there is a massive misunderstanding amongst retail investors about how to ascribe a valuation at such an early stage. The only ASX acceptable indication the company could provide the ASX based upon ASX guidelines is the NPV10 number of US$499m. The NPV10 represents the net present value using a forward discount rate of 10%. There is been previous discussion here about just how inaccurate a method this is on placing value on a mining company today. However it is the best guide a company can provide the market based on ASX guidelines. This number is so far short of the mammoth reserve RNU is sitting on. Based off average annual LOM production of PSG of 28,000t. However this is ONLY our Stage 1 estimated production capacity which the company has already told us that they have commenced work to increase Stage 1 production capacity well beyond this. PLUS they have brought forward feasibility work for Stage 2 expansion. Once we have this additional information the NPV10 number will be blown out of the water and people will see that this small graphite stock could easily justify a mult billion dollar market cap.DC has told us that he has been advancing offtake negotiations with existing AND new offtake partners....including with anode manufacturers and lithium-ion battery companies head quartered in north east Asia and Europe.

Nein. Renascor wird sehr wahrscheinlich weitere Aktien ausgeben um die Produktion zu finanzieren. Da wird in 2022 eine wichtige Entscheidung für uns fallen. Mit den weiteren Einnahmen wird Renascor seine anderen Projekte Vorantreiben und neben Graphit zu einem breiten Rohstoffanbieter entwickeln. Sollte das für uns im besten so eintreffen, spielen die ausgegeben Aktie nicht mehr so eine große Rolle da der Umsatz deutlich höher sein wird. Pilbara Minerals ist ein schönes Beispiel was mit der richtigen Ressource möglich ist. Geduld wird sich auszahlen!
