Kein Thema Tomalla. danke für den neuen Link. die verwässerung ist aus meiner Sicht kaum der Rede wert. nach meinen Rechenkünsten ist kaum ein SP unter 0,3 AUD zu erwarten. Von dem her werde ich definitiv nachkaufen, aber extra in Panik verfallen wegen des günstigen Preises muss ich also auch nicht. Wobei die Verwässerung glaub sehr zügig geschluckt werden wird.

Mal gut, dass der Kurs bis Dienstag ausgesetzt ist. Der Gesamtmarkt kackt ja richtig ab

Steht alles schon fest. Das Geld wird gut investiert. Wir sind durch die Erhöhung flexibler in den Offtakes Verhandlungen und können Prozesse schneller anstoßen. Andernfalls hätten wir uns evtl. unnötig unter Druck gesetzt und ein Angebot akzeptiert das für uns weniger optimal gewesen wäre.

ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass die KE nicht für sinnloses durchgeführt wird. jetzt noch rauskriegen, wie viele Aktien, bzw. zu welchem preis, dann wird. ich hab no keine Recherchezeit gehabt, aber der Ausgabepreis wird sicherlich bekannt werden, falls er das nicht schon ist.

Die KE bei Lake Ressourcen ist was anderes, da haben haltende Aktionäre Vorzugsaktien zu deutlich günstigen Konditionen bei Bedarf bekommen..

Muss nicht sein, wenn mit dem Geld etwas "vernüftiges" angestellt wird und nicht nur für Verbindlichkeiten und in sinnlose Vorhaben gesteckt werden soll. Siehe auch Tesla oder Plugpower. Denke aber auch, es wird einen kurzen Rücksetzer geben so gen 0,19 Euro. Danach sollte es wieder hochgehen. Schaut euch einfach mal exemplarisch Lake Resources an. Hatten auch eine KE und sind kurz darauf nur noch abgegangen, halt das Geld sinnvoll eingesetzt was die Aktionäre honorieren.

In den meisten Fällen fällt der Kurs auf den Ausgabepreis...könnte eine Chance sein...die nächsten Announcements dürften den Kurs wieder nach oben pushen

Guten Morgen zusammen, da geht die KE bei so umgerechnet 0,17€ über den Tisch.

Aus HC What a great day for Renascor. After securing the $185m loan from the Federal Government, we now have a $50m Placement to bring in Institutional Investors and a further $10m offered to existing holders. This now sets up Renascor to be Fully Funded for Stage 1 and in a position to make a FID in Q3 and commence construction in Q4. We should find out the details of the Placement tomorrow morning by the indicative schedule. Important to note the use of the funds from this placement: - Purchase / Down Payment on long lead items for the plant (No point waiting another 3 months until Government Money Comes through, able to purchase today) - FEED Study - Further Drilling to Move Inferred resources to indicated / measured, as well as resource expansion (I'll touch on this further below) - Expanded Pilot Program i.e. more samples to additional partners (Expansion Comes to Mind i.e. Stage 2 & Stage 3) Following the Government Loan and completion of the Placement + SPP Renascor is now fully funded for Stage 1 of the Project. With a total fully diluted holding of 2.23B shares on issued. The other important aspect I wish to touch on is drilling for further resources + upgrading existing inferred to indicated or measured. Currently our Resources sit at 87.4Mt and our modelled reserves are utilising 51.5Mt, with the majority of the remainder being inferred (You cannot use inferred resources in a financial model). What would it take to increase our Reserves to utilise the majority of the existing resources ? I touched on this earlier this year, the answer is a small In-Fill Drilling Campaign on the existing resource to upgrade Inferred resources into the Indicated or Measured category. I've highlighted on the bottom picture below (In Purple Dots to indicate roughly where I would drill) and I wouldn't even drill that deep, I already know where the orebody is, i already know what is to the North, East, South and West, I know the graphite is there, I simply need to make the drill hole spacing shorter to upgrade the JORC category from inferred into indicated i.e. fill in the gaps. When I hear Dave speak about Stage 2 Expansion and Possibly a future Stage 3, this is exactly what he means. Plugging a few extra In-Fill holes, increasing the Ore Reserves and potentially expanding for new resources (Step Out Drilling). What is the significance ? I believe the DFS that will be coming out later this Quarter will be for Stage 1 and Stage 2 Only. Given that we have a total of 55.3Mt within the Measured and Indicated Categories. I have no doubt in my mind that the company will model a shorter mine life i.e. 20-25 years at a much higher Throughput than what was previously modelled i.e. in excess of 2Mt per annum throughput. Once Drilling is complete, we can remodel the mine at a later stage next year to cover Stage 3 that increases the mine life beyond the 20-25 years that will be covered in the soon to be released DFS. All considered this is a great day for RNU. Being Fully Funded and in a position to commence construction later this year. Insto's aren't tipping in 50m because it is going to go down in value, they see massive potential. We are no longer a Junior Explorer. We are now Fully Funded and off to Construction
