Ok, Danke! Aber das hat wohl keinen Einfluss .... Instant Payment ist bei vielen ja seit Jahren bereits implementiert und sohin de facto Standard. Die ISO20022 ist ja erst frisch am Start mit den Erweiterungen

On the flip side – our experts that explain how Ripple’s contracts clearly differ from those in “Howey,” tax treatment of XRP (not a security), accounting treatment of XRP (not a security), and currency experts on XRP (not a security) are all allowed to stay in. As we have said throughout, we have always felt confident about our case and with each ruling, even more so.

Bei allen Respekt Stockum aber der CEO wird so ein Urteil (Strafgeldzahlung) nicht annehmen bzw. dagegen Berufung einlegen. Nicht, weil das Unternehmen das Geld nicht hat sondern weil er und das Führungsteam absolute KLARHEIT möchte. Deshalb werden wir im Sommer/Herbst 2025 endlich Gewissheit haben.
Garlinghouse hat selbst gesagt, dass er von einer Strafe ausgeht und wollte sie ja schon längst bezahlen. Es geht um den Zeitraum wo XRP wie eine Security verkauft wurde

Jetzt muss ich mal fragen warum alle immer auf 2025 hinweisen sry für die Frage aber bin sonst nicht so im krypto Bereich involviert.

Das denke ich auch und mehr noch. Der Grund liegt auf der Hand: XRP steigt und viele Hodler werden schnell schnell und nochmal schneller verkaufen. Das ist das Ziel des ersten Anstieges. Soviele wie möglich abschütteln. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man nachkaufen so gut es halt geht und abwarten. Emotionen raus und Eier haben!
