Due to recession worries and the lockdowns in China, for example, the price of copper has fallen by 30 percent, which has put pressure on the shares of the producers. So far, everything is understandable. In the case of lithium, however, a completely different story is taking place. The price of battery-grade lithium carbonate is still hovering around its all-time high of $70,000 per ton. Nevertheless, the shares of many lithium producers such as Livent or Lithium Americas have fallen noticeably in recent months. Rock Tech Lithium's stock has also not reacted to recent very positive news as one might have expected. Now, two scenarios are conceivable for the near future: Lithium stocks rise again or the lithium market price falls. Simply speaking, there is no other reasonable way to resolve this imbalance. In my view, it is rather unlikely that the lithium price will drop noticeably. This is because the green energy transition can only succeed with extensive quantities of the light metal, which is needed for storage for wind and solar power and, above all, for electric vehicles. In Europe, for example, the share of electric vehicles in new registrations rose to almost ten percent in the second quarter. Last year, the figure was still 7.5 percent. Electric car manufacturers demand currently by far the largest quantities of lithium. At the same time, there are delays in supply. For example, the development of large lithium deposits in Serbia and Portugal is on hold for the time being, due to objections from environmental groups. At Rock Tech, on the other hand, we are fully on schedule with both the development of our lithium deposit in Georgia Lake, Canada, and the planned construction of the first lithium converter in Europe in Guben/Germany. Speed is of essence to feed the strong market demand for lithium products.

Danke für den informativen Bericht zu den Batterieherstellern für E-Mobilität. Daran kann man nur erahnen in welchem Umfang das Lithium von diesen Herstellern benötigt werden wird. TOP Aussichten für Lithium-Produzenten wie RTL. Einer dieser Großen Automarkennamen wird dann in bälde wohl hier genannt werden. Bleibt total Spannend.

Bei mir ist es das Gegenteil - aber in dem Teaser darf nicht gesagt werden, dass der Mineneingang geklärt wurde. Dazu wird in der endgültigen Machbarkeitsstudie Stellung genommen. In der Aufbau, Infrastruktur etc. geklärt diese Studien sind Schweine teuer und dauern lange. Damals war das für RockTech auch viel Geld nur die PFS zu machen

Aber leider wird in diesem sehr kurzen Video nichts von der Problematik „Mieneneingang“ und so erwähnt. (Ich war einmal bei EL investiert, habe sie noch auf meiner „Watchlist“, aber konzentriere mich derzeit auf RTL wenn‘s um Lithium für Europa geht)

Obwohl, vielleicht lässt sich etwas organisieren für langjährige Aktionäre, wer weiss?
