Der Rücktritt des portugiesischen Premierministers Costa, dem Bestechung bei Lithium- und Wasserstoffprojekten vorgeworfen werden, ist für die Selbstversorgung der EU mit Rohstoffen, die für die Battery-Supply-Chain benötigt werden, alles andere als hilfreich. Die Umweltschützer haben es natürlich schon immer gewusst und fordern ein sofortiges Ende aller Lithiumprojekte. Der aktuelle Lithiumwinter wird immer kälter. Mittlerweile ist am chinesischen Spotmarkt selbst der Preis für Lithiumcarbonat unter sein Tief vom April gefallen. https://abload.de/img/20231108_084107d0idf.jpg Lithiumhydroxid nur noch knapp über 20.000 US$.  Liegt vielleicht auch daran, weil einige E-Auto Projekte von US-Herstellern verschoben werden. Im übrigen müsste die Vorfinanzierung des Konverters in Kanada ja bereits so gut wie gesichert sein, wenn ich Harbecke in der Q&A Session richtig verstanden habe. Und um die Mine kümmert sich ja bereits CIBC.

Rock Tech Announces Proposed Non-Brokered Private Placement Toronto, ON, October 24, 2023 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: RCK) (OTCQX: RCKTF) (FWB: RJIB) (WKN: A1XF0V) (the "Company" or "Rock Tech") is pleased to announce that it intends to undertake a non-brokered offering (the "Offering") of up to approximately 7,692,307 million units of Rock Tech ("Units"), on a private placement basis, at a price $ 1.30 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to approximately $10 million. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of Rock Tech (the "Common Shares", with such Common Shares comprising the Units, the "Unit Shares") and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole Common Share purchase warrant, a "Warrant", and together with the Units and the Unit Shares, the "Securities"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share (a "Warrant Share") at an exercise price of $1.69 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months following the date of issuance of such Warrant, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the certificate evidencing such Warrant, including adjustment in certain circumstances. Rock Tech intends to use the proceeds of the Offering as follows: - approximately $5 million to finance the continued exploration and development of the Company's Georgia Lake lithium project in Ontario, Canada (the "Georgia Lake Project"), including funding exploration drilling programs and planned consolidation of adjacent properties / areas; and - the balance for general corporate purposes and the development of the Company’s converter project in Canada and to pay expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the Offering. Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about November 7, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") in respect of the Offering and the listing of the Unit Shares and the Warrant Shares.
