Its like the Mini-disc tech, it was the best. For about 5 minutes. Sernovas 5 min will soon be gone. Our Board is a disaster. They and management will all move on, richer, leaving investors poorer. Sad part is that they will get away with it. Like so many before them while investors will feel the pain for a long time. Thieves. Shameful. Yes its a high risk stock but one would at least expect professionalism and honest communication to share owners. This company have none of that, not professionalism in conduct not honest communication. All they have is greedy people enriching themselves on the account of others. Its been a shit show the last couple of years and Im glad I only have lottery tickets with them now and cut some losses. But it still hurts. Especially with two family members having typ1.

I don't think we will see more than a dollar ever again as Sernova. Management has wasted way too much time. There are lots of other technologies and companies in the space now. I think we've lost our competitive advantage. It's like a house that's been listed on the market for too long nobody wants it because they assume there's something wrong with it. And in this situation they would likely be right.
