Vancouver, British Columbia – March 9, 2022 – Sirona Biochem Corp. (TSX-V: SBM) (FSE: ZSB) (US-OTC: SRBCF) (“Sirona”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary TFChem, has been awarded financing to develop an advanced chemistry process that could improve the manufacturing of active ingredients. The project will be financed in partnership with the French government and will include the University of Rouen in Normandy, the Engineering school INSA of Rouen and the CNRS (The French National Centre for Scientific Research - among the world's leading research institutions) to develop “flow chemistry”, an advanced technology for multistep syntheses of compounds. Flow chemistry allows for a continuous flow manufacturing of organic molecules rather than batch type manufacturing. The technology provides several advantages to the process development of Sirona’s compounds and actives by reducing the cost of production, preventing the formation of secondary products and improving the security of certain chemical reactions. The French government will co-finance and hire a postdoctoral student full time on the project and will allow the free use of a facility at the university as well as access to the specialized equipment required to develop the process. The student will share time between TFChem’s laboratory in Val de Reuil and the Institute of Organic chemistry in Rouen (IRCOF). The contract will be for one year.

Leute, seit doch zufrieden, dass in diesem Marktumfeld kein Deal verkündet wird. Da der April fast immer der bessere Börsenmonat im Vergleich zum März ist, wäre auch eine Verkündung dort für alle besser. Vlt hat sich dann auch die Lage in der Ukraine zumindest etwas entspannt. Ein wenig mehr Optimismus meine Herren

Sironaexcited, da hast du auch recht mit dem was du aus der Vergangenheit beschreibst. Um so länger es dauert um so mehr bekommt man kein gutes Gefühl...🤷🏻‍♂️

Naja das howard das vertrauen mit Füßen getreten hat ist ja nix neues und das ihm keiner mehr glaubt bis der deal da ist. Für mich kam das vertrauen mit pullan zurück. Mit vertrauen wäre der kurs schon ganz woanders...leider

Wenn viele an einen sehr wahrscheinlichen, großen Deal glauben würden, dann wäre der Kurs kaum da, wo er jetzt ist.

Wir haben ja auch keine ahnung wie die termine angesetzt sind und waren. Kann ja theoretisch sein das pullan seit dezember an board sind aber sich erst im februar zum erstenmal mit bigpharma getroffen hat.... Wir können alle nur raten

Ja, aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass der Deal so lange auf sich warten lässt, weil noch die Veröffentlichung der Ergebnisse für Antiviral abgewartet wird. Ist natürlich möglich, halte ich aber eher für unwahrscheinlich.

Dann wäre da ja noch antiviral....bigpharma werden sicher auch diese ergebnisse interessieren
