Ich würde bei 200 Mio auf dem Tisch tanzen und würde darin nix negatives finden. Genau woife der Laden macht dicht nachdem abbvie alles mit 80 Mitarbeitern geprüft hat und den Deal abgeschlossen hat. Ihr geht zwar pleite aber lass uns vorher noch ein Dealchen machen. Weiß nicht wer sich von euch mehr verbrannt hat

auf Anfrage, ob man an der Finanzierung/PP teilnehmen kann, kommt die Antwort, man solle einfach Aktion am Markt kaufen :-)

Hi,  I spoke with CFO and they have had lots of support from insiders and large long term supporters.  As of now they do not seem to need the extra money. I can let you know if that changes.   Im not a financial adviser but in this case buying on the market could be a good option for you who expressed interest in taking part of financing.  Kind regards

wenn HV nicht nochmal die Brieftasche hätte aufmachen können wäre der Laden jetzt langsam insolvent. Sieht für mich nicht so aus als wenn sich alternativ ein anderer Investor gefunden hätte ...

Das macht er damit sirona unabhängig bleibt und weiterhin mit den vielen interessierten Großkonzernen verhandeln kann um das beste rauszuhandeln. Alles nur zum besten der Firma und der Aktionäre. Denk nur an die Poison Pill
