„ The incoming management has proposed to remove Meir from the board, however, we understand that he will be retained as a key employee to assist with the business plan / intellectual property etc.;
· Any options acquired are likely to be cancelled upon relisting; and
· The incoming party will provide the further report and they have advised that the report is expected to be provided by 29 July (I note this is not a definitive date).
