Having done my due diligence in the formative days of SSG, the only added confirmation I wanted to do was actually meet in person those who are intimately involved with the company, those who are responsible for the day to day running of the company, those who are the brains and driving force behind this venture. After traveling to Melbourne yesterday and spending a few hours with Greg, Meir and Miedad, I need no more confirmation! The technology involved is cutting edge and streaks ahead of any others who are more focused on internet connectivity. I am supremely confident that I am on an absolute ball tearing winner here with my investment in SSG! As ‘rnclark76’ also discovered during his Sydney meeting, bandwidth access (availability and cost) is a killer for those wanting to pursue ‘internet’ connectivity options via satellite. With SSG simply wanting to have people connect by voice, and text, the platform is much more manageable and slicker. The other main ‘bonus’ is the ability to perform payment transfers by phone. As I mentioned in a previous post, Africans are big into making payments and transferring funds by phone. There needs to be another “A” added to the company tagline – “Affordable”, Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere. Coupled with brilliant technology, the company is focused of providing a very ‘affordable’ telecommunications platform, one that will blow existing satellite providers in the equatorial belt, clear out of the water! No need for expensive satellite phones, SSG is working on several optional ‘add-ons’ (sleeve, dongle etc) to enable existing phones and / or standard mobile phones to be connected on their platform. Whatever the option, the focus is that it be very ‘affordable’ – perhaps even included as part of the providers’ plan. Where I thought perhaps there was the possibility of SSG doing their own phone providing service, that is not the case. In a bid to keep things as slick, simple and as affordable as possible, SSG will sell access to the nanosat constellation to existing mobile phone providers to on-sell to their current (and future) customers. This negates personnel and infrastructure overheads for SSG. Because our nanosats have a built-in ability to communicate between themselves and can be individually propelled, one ground based positioning monitoring command centre will be sufficient to ensure all nanosats remain in perfect formation for optimum functionality. This will also ensure massive savings, negating on ground based antennae controlling infrastructure and associated service technicians that are a major cost impost for the larger satellite communications systems like Measat & Iridium. Space junk a problem? Not here! In the selected constellation 750km altitude, there are no existing orbiting satellites or parts (junk) to cause any concern at all. This area is totally clear. ………. No potential danger collision exists. With the overlapping orbits that the nanosats will be deployed at, the loss of any through damage or normal attrition, will not affect communication. A video showing how these orbits within the constellation work, is due to be posted on the website next week. – it’s very interesting. Next week, they are going to NZ to meet with the Rocket Lab people who have developed a unique 3D printed electron rocket. – We appear to be at the leading edge of space technology and at a time when the cost of delivering satellites into orbit is becoming cheaper and ‘safer’ for satellite producers and their investors. “Rocket Lab is redefining how we access space. Powered by our brand new Rutherford engine; small fast and agile, Electron can rapidly deliver small satellites to dedicated, commercial orbits at world-first frequency.” - https://rocketlabusa.com Following this NZ trip, the directors will be feted by Virgin Gallactic in Silicon Valley. Understandably, Virgin are understandably extremely happy to have SSG as a potential customer. What a great chance also for SSG to also meet and greet the deep pocketed investor in the US who will also be there. Both Meir and Miedad live, eat and drink ‘space’ – it is their whole life. To fulfill their want to enable communication between countless millions, is not a dream. It is a project that they have created, planned and will achieve. They will make it reality. As Meir alluded to me, the potential income figures are simply way beyond what anyone would see as being believable. They have had to drastically reduce their projections to bring the income potential back to investor reality. But, as they say, “the sky is not the limit………….. and there is no limit to space”! This has the potential to exceed all expectations and explode off all financial charts. I’m a VERY happy holder.

Da hab ich drauf gewartet "- End users will not, I repeat will not be having to invest hundreds of dollars into a Sat Phone. Meir told me their business model is substantially reduced. Management spent 2.5 years refining their strategy and go to market plan. They have a solution and they will tell us in due course ;) " Da bin ich mal gespannt wie das umgesetzt werden wird!? Danke Di2 Wenn sich jeder ein neues Handy dafür kaufen muss und das dann in den normalen Netzen nicht verwenden kann wäre das nicht so prickelnd! ? Aber wünsche uns viel Erfolg hier!!!:-D
