Verstehe die Neuigkeiten von heute morgen so:
- Unternehmen wird nicht liquidiert
- Gläubiger verzichten vorerst auf die Zahlung ihrer Rechnungen
- SAS kann mit dem weiter machen was sie bisher so gemacht haben 😄

Not a problem, please see my responses to your queries:
· The 3 Diamonds satellites remain in orbit and are fully functioning based upon the records we have reviewed to date;
· The company considers the intellectual property / software to be ‘world first’ property and our review of the internal records do not indicate to the contrary;
· The Deed of Company Arrangement proposal envisages that the company’s securities will be traded on the ASX prior to the end of 2020. Nevertheless, there are a range of regulatory approvals that are required to be met prior to this being achieved;
· The Deed of Company Arrangement proponent will continue the business of the company and it is understood they will endeavour to launch a further constellation of nanosatellites to facilitate the communication and IoT services.
Our office understands that there is no intention to bring a new business to the corporation;
· GOMspace has not presented any interest in recapitalisaing the company although, may assist with the abvoe constellation; amd
· Mr Moalem has assisted the Administrators throughout the process and is likely to continue in the business in some capacity.
