The securities, which may be offered from time to time, include common shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants and units, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Unless otherwise stated in a prospectus supplement, net proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures, as well as research and development.
