Because a stock split affects shareholders, it must be voted upon. While a company can call a special vote whenever it deems necessary, it's more common for companies to do it during an annual meeting when they vote on other items like board of director appointees, pay packages, or which accounting firm audits them. In 2023, that meeting was held on May 19. But the propositions and voting occur much earlier than that. Ich denke auch, mit dem nächsten Quartalsergebnis wird der Split mitgeteilt. Dann ist die Aktie besser handelbar und ich will dann mit der erneuten Stückzahl bis Weihnachten wieder die 1.000 sehen 😂

Bei SMCI lohnt sich denke ich einfach zu laufen und bei Verlust auszusitzen bis es wieder steigt. Durch das ganze Kaufen und Verkaufen habe ich sogar Minus gemacht
