Super Micro Computer said it didn't expect its delayed 2024 Form 10-K will contain material changes to results from its fiscal year and quarter ended June 30, which were reported in a company release on Aug. 6. The company, also known as Supermicro, earlier said it was delaying the filing of its 10-K after information was brought to the attention of the board's audit committee, which resulted in the formation of a committee to review certain internal controls and other matters.
Interessantes Audit Committee: On May 9, 2024, which was within the cure period granted by Nasdaq in the Notice to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5605(c)(2)(A), the Company appointed each of Mr. Robert Blair and Ms. Judy Lin, both current members of the Board, as additional members of the Audit Committee. Für Börsianer hat die gefährlichste Zeit des Jahres begonnen. Im August und September sind Kursstürze keine Seltenheit, so auch Anfang August wieder geschehen. Doch der Spätsommer birgt auch große Chancen für Anleger.

was ihr für'n fass aufmacht wegen sonem hindenfurz und dem abschlussbericht.... brauch man sich nicht wundern das die zittrigen hände erstmal rausgeschüttelt wurden... geht zu allianz oder münchner rück ... da schlaft ihr besser... ich sehe die tatsachen und zwar die stetig steigende nachfrage nach ki servern und das umsatzwachstum vom smci.... buy & hold 4me
