Ja, nur hätte es das eine (spätere Einreichung) ohne das andere (Anschuldigungen von Hindenburg) gar nicht gegeben. Insofern ist es schon schwierig so zu tun, als handelt es sich um zwei voneinander unabhängige Vorgänge.

wie gesagt, dass etwas an den zahlen frisiert worden ist daran besteht wohl kein zweifel mehr, bin auf die höhe gespannt, gehe aber nicht von mehr als 2-3mrd aus die gefaked sind

The short-seller report didn't appear to cause the late filing notice, but the two items combined certainly look like a red flag for Supermicro, as the server maker is also known. Of the two issues, Hindenburg's accusations seem like the more concerning problem at the moment since the late filing only matters if there are indeed accounting inconsistencies discovered. Hindenburg's findings, if true, could be damaging over the long term, especially as Supermicro was previously fined by the SEC in 2020 for $17.5 million for insufficient "internal accounting controls."

Das Video ist darauf aufgebaut was Hindenburg präsentiert hat.... es liegen bisher keine Beweise vor. Oder sind irgendwo Infos raus,,??
