he USPTO allowed 11.4% of the progenitor applications at first action and delivered a non-final rejection decision for 86.4% of the applications, with the remaining 2.3% abandoned prior to a first action decision. The Office allowed 36.1% of the progenitor applications after one or more rounds of amendments and negotiations with the examiner, while 14.5% were abandoned between non-final and final rejection. The remaining 38.7% of progenitor applications received a final rejection.

Joe sein erst Versuch ist nun non final rejected was auch nichts bedeutet ausser das, dass Patentamt Überschneidungen erkennt.

Ich sehe die neuen und jungen Raucher die vielleicht lieber erstmal TAAT probieren als ne Nikotin Tabak Zigarette. Bei instagram wird ja schon gezielt auch Werbung mit jungen Leuten für junge leute geworben.
