TAATⓇ Global Alternatives Inc. Announces Debt Settlement ← TAAT-20230608-... LAS VEGAS and VANCOUVER, JUNE 8, 2023-TAAT GLOBAL ALTERNATIVES INC. (CSE: TAAT) (OTCQX: TOBAF) (FRANKFURT: 2TP) (the "Company" or "TAATS") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the issuance of 6,250,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a deemed price of $0.185 per Share as payment of a termination fee with a Consultant of the Company, The Share issuance will be completed on or about June 15, 2023 and the Shares will be subject to a minimum hold period of four months and one date from the date of issuance The Company also announces that pursuant to its shareholder approved restricted share unit plan (the "RSU Plan"), it has granted an aggregate of 250.000 restricted share units ("RSUs") to an employee of the Company (the "Eligible Party"). The RSUs shall entitle the Eligible Party the ability to acquire one common share of the Company underlying each such RSU by delivering a notice of acquisition to the Company in accordance with the RSU Plan for a period of 5 years from issuance. In accordance with the RSU Plan, the RSUS were priced at $0.185. The RSUs will vest immediately. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Die Ursache ist das Versagen des Unternehmen und das Management. Und natürlich die über 90% MINUS von @Azrael dass ihn dazu bringt, sich Telefon Gespräche rein zu ziehen etc etc
