Hatte die Aktie für 5,45€ gekauft und dann wieder verkauft, da sie nach unten ging und kaum Volumen gehandelt wurde. Das die Aktie jetzt so läuft ... verpasst.

Mein bestes Pferd im Stall und noch sooo viel Potential... Ich gebe keine meiner 65 Aktien her, obwohl schon über 200 % gelaufen :)

On the other hand, this acquisitive strategy doesn't seem sustainable. Rubicon Project was a legacy digital ad company and, with this deal and the Tellaria deal, they've essentially bought themselves a video business. The price on the deal also gives me pause. I'm all for leveraging high stock prices for re-investment but this is a $1.17B deal for a $5B market cap company (23.4% of cap). RTL, the seller in the deal, bought SpotX for $289 million just a few years ago (link below). https://www.adexchanger.com/digital-tv/magnite-acquires-spot... Hopefully, there will be more color on the earnings call. Is more acquisitions the way forward? At what point will the company have what it needs to focus on organic growth?

Is anyone thinking about what this 'is'? Is this 'buying tech' or just 'buying customers'? Is 'buying customers' the way to grow? Wouldn't it be better to just go take (win) customers? Is this market already so locked up that buying customers is what has to happen?
