Der österreichische Öl,- Gas- und Chemiekonzern OMV gerät im Rechtsstreit mit Gazprom durch eine Gerichtsentscheidung in Russland unter Druck. Ein russisches Gericht habe der OMV untersagt, ein Schiedsverfahren gegen Gazprom außerhalb Russlands zu führen, berichtete di Nachrichtenagentur Tass unter Berufung auf das Gericht. Andernfalls drohe der OMV eine Geldstrafe von 575,2 Millionen Euro.
