Treasure Global (NASDAQ: TGL) closed a registered direct offering on Dec 11, 2025, selling 250,000 shares of common stock and receiving gross proceeds of USD 2,500,000 before commissions and offering expenses.
The placement agent was D. Boral Capital LLC. The offering was conducted under the company’s shelf Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-278171), declared effective on March 29, 2024. Die Aktie von Treasure Global stieg am Donnerstag sprunghaft an, nachdem der malaysische E-Commerce-Plattformbetreiber eine 100 Millionen Dollar schwere Initiative zur Finanzierung digitaler Vermögenswerte angekündigt hatte. Das Unternehmen wird 50 Millionen Dollar aus einer bestehenden Eigenkapitalfinanzierungsvereinbarung und weitere 50 Millionen Dollar aus einer neuen institutionellen Zusage eines strategischen Finanzierungspartners nutzen.
