Ich lass laufen. Bin nur mit 100 € drin. Da juckt es kaum

Ich weiß es noch nicht. Denke am 21.05. werden wir sehen was passiert. Keine Ahnung ob sie um 08.00 handelbar ist oder nicht! Ich lasse es erstmal laufen um zu schauen was passiert.

Habt ihr nun sl gesetzt oder lasst ihr es erstmal laufen und schaut was passiert??

Bei mir steht sie noch zu 0.43 Cad drin oder 0,226 Euro. Werden wohl warten müssen bis zum 21.5. Dann wollen wir mal hoffen das es weiter geht!

Valorem Reports BCSC Halt Trade Order After Third-Party Unsubstantiated Claims Online Vancouver, British Columbia - (May 3, 2021) – VALOREM RESOURCES INC. (the “Company” or “Valorem”) (CSE: VALU) (Frankfurt: 1XW1) reports that after the close of markets on April 30, 2021, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”) issued a halt trade order on the securities of Valorem until the end of May 21, 2021 (the “Order”). In the Order, the BCSC indicates that it has become aware of unsubstantiated information about Valorem posted by a third-party online on or about April 15th and 29th, 2021, and that the information includes unsupported claims about Valorem’s future share price and mining reserves for its Black Dog Lake Gold property (“False Information”). The Order also acknowledged that on April 16, 2021, Valorem issued a news release stating that the information disseminated by the third-party was false and that the Company had been the target of those false statements.

Valorem Resources Inc. has appointed Tammy Gillis chief financial officer effective April 30, 2021. Drew Brass will be joining the board of the company as a director, effective April 30, 2021. Mr. Brass will replace Derick Sinclair who has resigned as a director of the company. Mr. Sinclair has resigned as a director and chief financial officer of the company, effective April 30, 2021. Ms. Gillis Ms. Gillis is a CPA, CMA with over 20 years of experience in the public markets bringing comprehensive background in finance, reporting and regulatory requirements for manufacturing, bio-technology, technology, and junior exploration industries.
