Oft werden alte Anleihen nur durch neue ersetzt. Dann entstehen keine neuen Schulden. Das ist so, als wenn du einen alten Kredit bei Bank A zurückzahlst und dafür einen neuen bei Bank B aufnimmst.

Die Anleihe weiß ich nicht einzuordnen. Zum einen spricht es für Vertrauen der Anleger. Zum anderen weitere Schulden.
