Dear Valued Shareholder, As you may have been reading the Canadian government has taken a similar standpoint as the previous conservative government, thus postponing the deregulation of the cannabis market in Canada until 2017. As a result of this decision the Vodis management team dose not see major any financial contributions from the Canadian market due to the size of the Canadian medical market and overproduction of the existing 30 manufacturers that compete for approx. 30,000 patients. The current MMPR regulation requires significant working capital to satisfy the current MMPR requirements while constantly being challenged to compete against the MMAR program that is currently in place as a result of the Canadian courts rulings. Vodis dose however remain committed to enter into the Canadian market once the MMAR program has been retired and the MMPR program or program successor has been announced by the government. Looking forward, Vodis Pharma and it’s fully owned subsidiary Vodis USA will continue to expand in the US market in such a way that meets all of the regulatory requirements both state and federal. Vodis USA continues to deliver value add services to its tenant, through a proven turn key manufacturing solution, value add services and brand recognition royalties that have enabled the OCI and VIP brand a rapid adoption by the retail stores on the west coast of Washington.
