reports regarding the potential cancellation of mining licences by the Guinea
government.
As of today, Volt has not received any formal communication from the Guinea
government in relation to the status of our exploration tenements. We have
initiated engagement with the relevant authorities to clarify the situation and will
provide an update to the market as soon as further information becomes available.
