Wenn ich das noch richtig im Kopf habe war die Meldung aus 08/2019 und Cryptologic gibt Aktien an die Waayland Aktionäre aus wegen Übernahme.

Da fehlt die Hälfte und welche Quelle ist das?

Cryptologic Kap von ca. 7 Mio und Wayland Kap bei 4Mio

Warum Painty? Was liest du hier raus? Consideration for the proposed acquisition is expected to be satisfied through the issuance of approximately 57,500,000 common shares of Cryptologic at a deemed issue price of $4.00 per share, subject to all necessary regulatory and securityholder approvals, which is expected to represent approximately 70% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Cryptologic upon closing. The transaction values Wayland’s Canadian business at approximately Cdn$230 million plus assumed liabilities. 

Das bezweifel ist aber mit den 4:1

Der Tauschkurs wird voraussichtlich 4:1 sein, 4 wayland für 1 cryptologic.

2:1 würde mir schon reichen...

Ich habe mich missverständlich ausgedrückt. Aktie ist natürlich handelbar, wird aber kaum gehandelt!

es wäre ja prima, wenn das Tauschverhältnis 1:1 wäre, dann hätten wir einen Wert von 0,96 CAD (derzeitiger Kurs). Ist aber kaum vorstellbar....

Ich bin so dermaßen gespannt, wie das alles so läuft. Cryptologic wird ja zur Zeit überhaupt nicht gehandelt…

Immerhin... gab es schon irgendwelche Infos für unsere Aktien hier? Bekommen wir crytpo Anteile? Oder wie immer noch keine news?😂
