Die Frage die sich noch stellt ist: Bleiben die Wayland Group Aktien erhalten, weil Wayland weiter besteht oder werden diese aus dem Handel genommen? Das werden Sie aber noch bekannt geben müssen wenn es soweit ist.

Im meinem Fall sind das dann ca. 900 Cryptologic Anteile

Die ICC Aktien gibt es ja nicht mehr weil Wayland den Vertrag mit ICC aufgekündigt hat.

Dann bekommen Wayland Aktionäre Pro gehaltener 4,12 Wayland Group Aktien eine Cryptologic Aktie ist Depot.

Na dann ist es doch klar 70% der Crypto Aktien gehen an Wayland zu einem Preis von 4€

Und 230 Mio Bewertung der Wayland Group sagt ja wohl alles.

Wenn ich das noch richtig im Kopf habe war die Meldung aus 08/2019 und Cryptologic gibt Aktien an die Waayland Aktionäre aus wegen Übernahme.

Da fehlt die Hälfte und welche Quelle ist das?

Cryptologic Kap von ca. 7 Mio und Wayland Kap bei 4Mio

Consideration for the proposed acquisition is expected to be satisfied through the issuance of approximately 57,500,000 common shares of Cryptologic at a deemed issue price of $4.00 per share, subject to all necessary regulatory and securityholder approvals, which is expected to represent approximately 70% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Cryptologic upon closing. Das bezweifel ist aber mit den 4:1

Der Tauschkurs wird voraussichtlich 4:1 sein, 4 wayland für 1 cryptologic.

2:1 würde mir schon reichen...

Ich habe mich missverständlich ausgedrückt. Aktie ist natürlich handelbar, wird aber kaum gehandelt!
