Ich rechne damit, dass meine Kohle weg ist, Dez hin oder her. Ein Insolvenzverfahren verzehrt täglich Substanz der Firma und je länger es herausgezogen werden kann, umso höher ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit dass die Involvierten sich die Werte mittels Kostenrechnungen eingesackt haben. Gleichzeitig kommt dann meist der Punkt wo mangels Masse der Fall abgeschlossen und ggfs die GF verklagt wird, so dass vorher noch nicht geschehen ist.

Ich rechne erstmal mit Dezember 2020 und später.

RE: WAYLAND GROUP Dear Investors; and pardon if you received this email yesterday. I had dozens of emails bounced back to me. I am writing to you about this week's video-court hearing concerning the announcement of the CAD$12.4 mm acquisition of Wayland Group's assets and, importantly, the further extended Stay of Litigation until December 2020. On first impression, CanAdelaar BV (an Austrian cannabis affiliate of Ring International) is buying all the Canadian assets and assuming all issued and outstanding shares (which I believe there are 72 million shares). Putting aside that during May 2019, Wayland Group still had a market capitalization of approximately CAD$80 million and CAD$12.4 million seems dreadfully low (e.g., a drop of 85% in value since the Cease Trade Order), we did not conduct a valuation nor have access to the "data room". We did, however, file an objection to the extended Stay of Litigation. However, this does not mean the end of the Shareholder Litigation. The judge has not discharged the shareholders' claims that were issued prior to the Initial Order (December 2, 2019), and those claims are expressly identified as excluded from the Released Claims (See, paragraph 31 of the draft Order filed April 15, 2020).* We believe there is D&O Insurance up to CAD$22.5 million to cover shareholders' claims (McLeod Aff. #1, at paragraph 86). It is premature to opine on whether the judge is going to protect individuals like Benjamin Ward and his co-conspirators from personal liability -- we suspect not. As such, we may be able to go after the personal assets of the wrong-doers that had knowledge of the wrongful conduct (e.g., all those reasons identified in the shareholder claim plus the omitted material fact that during 2018, Benjamin Ward was under investigation by the Ontario Securities Commission relating to the Canada Cannabis Co. fraud). We are firmly in the belief that the litigation stay only applies to Wayland Group's "key employees" and, likely former directors but not to the Underwriters. We anticipate issuing a new claim in Toronto, Ontario, against these entities, only, and see what happens. There is a chance that these individuals and Underwriters will attempt to drag us back into the Commercial List Court (Wayland Group's blackhole CCAA proceeding). *Under section 5.1(2) of the CCAA, the Court cannot release claims against directors and officers under certain circumstances; which we are thoroughly investigating in this Shareholder Class Action relating to Wayland Group as well as FSD Pharma and CannTrust. Was eine riesen große Vera.rsche.... und wieder sollen wir warten. Wie lange kann man eigentlich brauchen? Ist ja schon seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr handelbar der Schrott. Bin froh, dass das in Kanada ist und ich die Leute nicht vor die Finte bekomme.

So wie ich das jetzt verstanden habe kaufen die lediglich die verbliebenen Sachgüter und Immobilien. Aus diesem Betrag werden dann die Verbindlichkeiten bedient soweit möglich. Sollte über diesen Betrag hinaus noch etwas über bleiben (never ever, vergesst es) würde das an uns gehen. Aktionäre sind bei einer Pleite immer die letzten die noch etwas bekommen. Daher wirds auch mit einem Cent pro Aktie schwierig.

Was bedeutet das dann? Werden unsere Aktien verwässert oder müssen wir sie zu einem bestimmten Preis verkaufen?

Bis das alles sauber über die Bühne geht wird noch ein halbes Jahr vergehen...

Lehrgeld und abhaken ist auch mein Plan. Hauptsache mal Klarheit und nicht dieses ewig lange rumdümpeln und Handel aussetzen - als Anleger ist man da echt der Dumme. Sollte da Mitte April nicht entgültig was kommen?
