I did get this from Wayland IR team today. 1. There are no mechanical issues at Langton, construction continues and awaiting approval from Health Canada for several additional rooms. 2. Wayland’s Tax filing deadline is June 30th and management see no delays in tax filing, separate issue from financials. 3. No changes in management asides from Matt McLeod assuming the President role and he has more involvement with the daily running of the business and supporting executive management.

Ich bin da entspannt man kann im Moment ja eh nichts machen,das Geschäft läuft weiter und man muss hoffen das es gut läuft. Wenn der Handel wieder läuft nochmal nachlegen wenn alle anderen raus wollen und hoffen das der Grund warum man mal investiert hat immer noch intakt ist bzw bestätigt wird. Falls nicht als Erfahrung abhaken,so läufts doch wenn man ein Risiko eingeht,entweder man wird belohnt oder man ist um eine Erfahrung reicher, was auch nicht schlecht sein muss.

FYI group members I wrote an email to Wayland group investor relations “ I have been a shareholder for a long time (long term holder), my question is , why is there no attempt by the current management to communicate with shareholders in any way? It’s as if we are in some type of a self imposed black-out period...We have absolutely no idea where the company is heading, what is going on?” They responded ( and approved me posting this to our group) “Anthony, Thank you for your email. We are sorry that you feel you, as a shareholder, have been neglected. The Company has not had any material information to report, thus has not issued any Press Releases. There has certainly been growing pains in the industry. We can assure you that management is working diligently with our auditors to ensure that all international assets are accounted for.
