Achtung, Wahrheitsgehalt lässt sich nicht prüfen: I’m going to give you data and then you make your own judgment. So let me talk about some of the good things that are happening in the company, some positive accomplishments. One huge one was, we received a check cash from the U.S. government for $193 million last Friday. That is really, really important. Other companies have received tax credits, which means that they pay less tax. We got a check. That says a lot about the U.S. government and their support for us as a company. We also announced the new CEO, who which is starting exactly four weeks from when I’m shooting this video today on Thursday. We also received about $3 million in a state credit and so what these checks that we’re receiving from the U.S. government, from local government, mean is they believe in our future. And I was just at the CHIPS office yesterday. We had like eight people that met with me and Coco, the head of our business development, and they met with us intensely on plotting the future path on how we might work together. We’re not there. We didn’t get a check, even though I was told to get one. We’re working on it and we are positively engaged. So there’s really some positive things. A lot of positive things happening in the company, and you should take stock of that. As we look forward, the most important thing I’ll talk about a couple of things. But the most important thing is debt restructuring. We know as a company that we have a lot of debt. Too much debt. Debt restructuring is exactly what it sounds like. It’s reducing the amount of debt and restructuring into a different form that fits the profile of the company going forward. I understand it sounded like bankers speak. Trust me, we’re intensely working on this. It will lower our debt. And you should hear more about this over the next few weeks. Certainly around the time we have our earnings call, which tentatively is at the end of the month or early May. The other thing you should look to is how we forecast Q4, do we forecast growth in our business because we need to see growth in our revenue, because then we have a path to profitability. So not So as I think of milestones going forward. Listen intently for debt restructuring or things along that line. You should hear more about that towards the end of April, maybe early May. You should listen to earnings call. Listen to what we say about the future. Do we show growth? Then you’ll have the data to make your own judgment on how confident you are about our future. I am confident. Oh, I did want to mention one other thing. When we say that we have our congressional support, our being North Carolina. That being Representative Hudson, Senator Tillis and Senator Budd. I mean, extremely so because we are a North Carolina company. We are employing thousands of people and are investing billions in North Carolina, which is exactly what our U.S. government wants. We’re also the only company in the country that makes silicon carbide materials and devices at any kind of scale. So this is important to the U.S. that we are important to the U.S. and it’s exactly how our representatives are acting. So as you look to the future, look at our earnings, look at debt restructuring. Do take stock of the good things. The from Congress and the positive interaction with the CHIPS office. Hopefully that’s helpful.
