Guten Morgen…..für Euch…Thanks for following up. We are obviously concerned with what’s going on with the share price and are actively working on growing our shareholder base as best we can through events and other outreach. We believe a lot of the negative price action is due to the large share unlock that happened in July in relation to the Coinsquare and Coinsmart transaction and we believe that that selling should be coming to a close soon but we obviously can not perfectly predict what will happen. 1.Australia is going very well and we are progressing towards retail launch. Our OTC team has been live and our team is active in Australia and APAC markets. 2. The NCIB share buyback is active until April and I dont have details as to when and how the team is choosing to deploy it. 3. We are focused on building out WonderFi labs and continuing with international expansion in the next few months and are very happy with the early progress.

Interessant wäre zu wissen, wie viele Kunden Gemini in Canada hat und wie viele möglicherweise zu Wofi wechseln könnten. Ich weiß es ist reine Spekulation.....

Der CFO denkt mit Sicherheit darüber nach und kennt auch die Antwort, nur erklären will er sie eben nicht. Und Charlie somit auch nicht.

Hey Robin, du kannst gerne mit auf den Zug aufspringen und Wonderfi bzw. Charlie schreiben. Je mehr Personen die Fragen stellen, desto höher der Druck.
Bei mir ist aktuell noch die Antwort offen, wer endlich mal etwas zu dem Aktien Rückkauf sagen kann.
Hat jemand noch die genauen Werte parat? Wieviele könnte täglich max. Zurück gekauft werden, wieviel gesamt? Bis wann ging das Programm genau?

Man kann es auch anders interpretieren, wenn nicht mal WonderFi zu Kursen von 0,14 Can.-Dollar zugreift, warum sollten es dann andere Anleger tun. Vll denkt unser CFO mal darüber nach und erklärt sich.

und ganz nebenbei würde es dem Kurs auch gut tun. Vll ließe sich der Abwärtstrend dadurch mal stoppen. Auch das würde die interessierten Teilnehmer des Kapitalmarkts etwas freundlicher stimmen

Wir sollten weiter nachfassen und Charlie nerven, bis sich die Geschäftsleitung genötigt fühlt, zu dieser Frage eindeutig Stellung zu beziehen. Es ist doch eine große Chance mit knapp 3 Mio. Can.-Dollar mal eben 20 Millionen Aktien aus dem Spiel zu nehmen. Bitte WonderFi nehmt langsam mal die Interessen eurer Shareholder wirklich ernst und handelt entsprechend. Cash genug ist vorhanden. Was ist euer Hinderungsgrund? Eure Shareholder haben ein Recht darauf, es zu erfahren! In einer derart
wichtigen Frage hält man sich als seriöses Unternehmen einfach nicht bedeckt. Man zeigt seinen Plan dem Kapitalmarkt auf, berichtet zeitnah über die erfolgten Rückkäufe und gewinnt auf denkbar einfachste Weise etwas Anlegervertrauen zurück!

Das passt halt nicht. Einerseits sagen sie, dass sie bemüht sind, ihr Kapitalmarkt-Standing zu verbessern und andererseits läge es doch auf der Hand, durch intensive regelmäßige Aktienrückkäufe das Anlegervertrauen schneller zurückzugewinnen. Nur sie machen es nicht oder sie schweigen sich dazu aus. Das machen andere Unternehmen ganz anders. Die kaufen relativ zügig zurück. Worauf wartet WonderFi? Der Aktienkurs ist doch historisch günstig, sodass mit kleinem Geld mal eben noch 20 Millionen eingesammelt werden können.

Naja die Frage ist für mich können die eigentlich das ARP noch voll durchziehen die können ja nur 25 % des durchschnittlichen täglichen Handelsvolumen zurückkaufen… bisher wurden nur ca. 5 von 25 Mio zurückgekauft

Also die Kommunikation mit Charlie funktioniert super. Habe keine 2h auf die Antwort gewartet.
Habe gerade nochmal nachgefragt, warum kein Rückkauf gestartet wird, dass muss doch jemand sagen müssen (oder nicht dürfen?). Weiterhin habe ich nach einem engeren Austausch gefragt, Newsletter oder Monthly report o.ä.

Das Geschäftsgebaren ist einfach unseriös und viele Ankündigungen sind reine Hinhaltetaktik. Das von @olliverlo beschriebene Szenario ist durchaus realistisch. Die hohen Umsätze in den letzten Tagen bei fallenden Kursen sind nicht immer dem Gesamtmarkt geschuldet.

Das ist die Hoffnung....Hier wird bald zugemacht. Die Vorstandsjungs nehmen ihr reichhaltiges Gehalt. Gehen raus zur Hintertür. Machen das Licht nicht aus. Sondern überraschen uns mit dem ach so unverhergesehenen Aus. Sind allerdings auch für nichts mehr zu erreichen. Ausser für den nächsten Versuch. Wo sie wieder Aktionäre finden die sie melken können.
