Eine Frage habe ich noch ich lese noch Übernahmen heraus - kommen noch Firmen hinzu??? Oder ist der Merger damit gemeint? 🤔

Unternehmerisch macht NUR eine Plattform Sinn- um Kosten einzusparen und Effizient wie möglich zu arbeiten. Denn jede einzelne Plattform bzw. FIRMA muss die Lizenzsgebühren bzw. Gebühren aller Art tragen. Das würde dann bedeuten alles x4 !!!! Aber diese Frage wird sich spätestens Q4 von selbst zeigen.

Für mich bleibt die Frage ob es auf Grund und nach vollzogenen merger zu der Zusammenführung aller 4 Plattformen kommt ( dann nur noch eine) oder die Plattformen zumindest übergangsweise getrennt weiter laufen werden. Wieder das Thema Regulierungen und Zulassungen. Guten Morgen, das sind doch mal antworten. Als ob das so schwer war. Also bis September noch geduldig sein bis die Fusion zu 100% durch ist. Wie ich schon schrieb - liegt die Verzögerung bei den Aufsichtsbehörden die dies genehmigen müssen. Tolle Fragen und tolle Antworten - bleibt investiert das wird schon !!
