Hello Charlie, thanks for the quick reply. We Germans like commitment, constant exchange of information and trust. None of that is present at Wonderfi. It's often the little things in life that make you happy. Here are a few examples: 1. why is there no constant reporting on the buyback program on the homepage, for example? possibly a “Shares bought back” counter. It is still unclear to me why the full amount is not bought. There is money available. 2. on July 10 you said that there would be an update on the Australian expansion and the buyback program in a few weeks. Why aren't you being specific and giving a date? Are a few weeks 3-4, or 30-40. the information is not sustainable. 3. the first Nasdaq proposal was made over 2 years ago. What happened to it? The shareholder never received any information about it. Now you are submitting the second proposal. Why is that? Where can I get information about the status? 4. i still have an investor presentation from June 2023. the following was announced there: share trading / gaming. That never happened. What kind of roadmap is this if things are never implemented. There are still so many points that were announced and never implemented. The trust is no longer there. Wonderfi expresses itself as inaccurately as possible in all statements. Constantly “Coming Soon” / “Next Weeks” Finally listen to the disappointing retail investor un greetings

Mein Gott wartet doch erst einmal ab das was ihr hier schreibt war auch schon zu Beginn des Jahres bekannt und natürlich fragt nach beim Unternehmen aber konzentriert euch hier nicht auf einzelne Personen

Was ist denn daran schlimm, wenn ich schreibe, dass man sich Fragen an das Management sparen kann ? Ich hatte ja Recht, wie man sieht. Gestern hatte ich auch auf mivzp verwiesen und was er mittlerweile von dem Unternehmen hält. Ich bin also nicht der einzige, dem hier so langsam gewaltige Zweifel aufkommen.

Weil in dem Laden irgendetwas nicht stimmt. Nur was ?

Was möchtest du eigentlich mit deinen Posts erreichen? Jetzt wurdest du schon im Forum von Intellabridge gesperrt, weil du dort nur miese Stimmung gemacht hast und einzelne Teilnehmer diskreditiert hast und jetzt versuchst du es hier?

Nein. Ich würde gleich noch deine Frage beantworten, was sie für uns tun könnten. Aus meiner Sicht Verbindlichkeit / Informationsweitergabe. - Warum werden Themen angekündigt, aber kommen nie. - Warum wird nicht stetig über Fortschritt berichtet. - Coming soon durch konkrete Angaben (Monat z.b.) ersetzt. Etc.

Du willst jetzt aber nicht noch einmal Fragen schicken ? Danke für deine Bemühungen aber sie sind sinnlos. Ich sagte ja, vergeudete Zeit.

As you know, there is more that goes into going on NASDAQ then an initial application. We are evaluating going through the next steps and when that makes the most sense. 2. Wonderfi could buy back more shares every day. The question was why not buy the daily maximum number. Im not sure what the strategy is on when/how many shares are bought but I know the NCIB is ongoing and will continue for the duration. 3. the share price has been in a similar range for months. Obviously the measures do not lead to an increase in the share price.        - We believe building a profitable and successful international business will be beneficial to shareholders but we understand the disappointment and are working hard on several initiatives that we believe will help. What would you like to see us do as a company? Do you have suggestions?

Yes, we are focused on expanding internationally and a few other initiatives at this time but we are still planning on moving forward with NASDAQ. No further announcements or updates besides what we have already said is available. - why is the company not buying back the full amount of shares? The NCIB is ongoing and share buybacks will continue - I noticed today that Ms. Anne Wendy sold 400k shares and bought them outright. This happens frequently with sesam. Why is that? Wendy Rudd was given a long term share grant compensation package as she is a board member and this is part of that. There was no selling of shares, her RSU's became shares that was the transaction. - Final : how does the company want to increase the share price? Are there any concrete plans? Honestly, the share price is an absolute tragedy. We are expanding internationally and continuing to build a great profitable business as well as innovating on products. We will share updates on our progress in new markets including APAC soon. Thanks Charlie

Die Frage ist doch auch warum das ARP nicht auf Hochtouren läuft… so wie ich es verstehe wurden keine Aktien im Juni zurückgekauft oder sonst müsste man das doch sehen ?
