Hey @2.0LSS 👋
Das Datum und der Betrag zum Insider Handel waren in dem Newsletter von "Simply Wall St " die ich bekomme und hier informationshalber einfach gepostet habe.
Scheinbar gibt es einen zeitlichen Versatzt zu dem Verkauf von Anderson:

Hier erkennst Du den 21/25.7 - Tx Date in einer Zeile. Vlt. hängt es damit zusammen, dass hier ein Wochenende dazwischen lag...🤷♀️
Zu dem Betrag wüsste ich auch gerne warum es diese Diskrepanz gibt 🤔.
Fakt ist aber immer noch, dass Anderson verkauft hatte...

Im Mai gab es mal eine größere Aktion, da wurden 2.500.000 Warrants weniger, aber dafür Common Shares um 2.500.000 mehr.

Am 25.7. hatte Anderson 392.000 Aktien für 31.360 CAD verkauft. Aber einen Verkauf von 367.000 CAD kann ich nicht finden.

Seltsamerweise findet man jedoch auf der offiziellen Seite von SEDI Insider filings keinen Hinweis darauf, das Anderson am 21. Juli Ximenaktien im Wert von 367.000 AUD verkauft hätte.

Da war ja ein update! Ximen Mining Corp: Ximen Mining Commences Drilling Wild Horse Gold Project VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 26, 2023 / Ximen Mining Corp. (TSX.v:XIM)(FRA:1XMA)(OTCQB:XXMMF) (the "Company" or "Ximen") announces that it is initiated a drill program at its Wild Horse Gold project near Cranbrook in southeastern BC. The Wild Horse project covers source areas for the famous historic Wild Horse River placer gold deposit near Fort Steele and Cranbrook, in southeastern B.C. Bedrock gold was first discovered in this area as early as 1895 but an economic deposit has yet to be defined. Gold-bearing quartz veins and breccias were drilled in 2016 and 2021, on Ximen's Lone 4 claim, where there is potential for a bulk-minable gold deposit. This year, Ximen will drill test an area to the northeast on its Boulder Claim, where a 700 x 300 meter gold in soil anomaly was previously identified (BC Assessment report 30952). The drill will also test beneath an area of abundant boulders of syenite observed on the soil grid. :) Ich habs von Anfang an befürchtet, aber einfach mal eine kleine Summe Taschengeld in den Topf geworfen. Mal sehen, ob man den Einsatz wenigstens wieder rausbekommt, aber selbst DAS halte ich auf absehbare Zeit für eher unwahrscheinlich - es sei denn, es gibt noch eine gute Push-Aktion. Wir werden sehen, juckt mich nicht wirklich, liegt halt im Depot und fluktuiert da unspektakulär vor sich hin. Aber selbst die sonst rührigsten Analysten halten sich mittlerweile hier seeehr zurück - eben mit überhaupt keiner Einschätzung.
